Keep Moving

"The Shining"

I recently discovered a new gift. I guess I’ve always known it was there, but I’ve never (not until recently) ever been really aware of it so much as I have been over these last few weeks. And I am truly amazed! It renders me nothing less than astonished at my ability to flourish in this area, and it makes me feel such gratitude for the magnitude of this incredible blessing. And that is saying a lot, because I typically feel that everyone else does everything else better than I do! :) But I am “shining”  even when I am the only one allowed to see it at this time, and it feels like I can hear the frequency of the universe in a way that I wasn’t attuned to in the same way ever before. 

I don’t see it as something that would gain me much in the way of rewards or accolades outside of myself (in this life), necessarily, although at the rate I’m going, I would not at all be surprised if it did, at some point in my journey, generate at least a fair amount of interest if I keep up the pace i’m going. But at the present time that is not important to me, because I am starting to understand that this gift is not for others, it’s for me. And when I can zoom out and assess the “bigger picture” I can understand and appreciate that. And when I am able to sit in that place of gratitude, there is no room for “lack” only “blessings” beyond what I could ever imagine. 

Thank you dear Universe, for blessing me this way. And now I want to “pay it forward” by encouraging others to discover and nurture your own dream. What is it that you always wanted to do, but thought that you couldn’t, or maybe shouldn’t? Maybe you thought you were too young? Too inexperienced? Or maybe too old? Possibly too jaded or cynical? How about too tired? Or maybe you think you don’t have enough $ to pull it off?  Some of you may be too shy, or maybe think you’re not confident enough to try something new? Whatever it is, please, I encourage you today to discover a new passion, (or rediscover an existing one.) Life is too short to leave it without seeking out your highest potential. C’mon. You might just surprise yourself! You may just find such a gift of the spirit there waiting for you, too. And that gift may be just the very thing you need to motivate you to keep moving forward on your own unique path....Do it today.
